First Wednesday of each month
Please join us, September through May at the Community Campus building in Portsmouth, NH, on the first Wednesday of every month. Come early to socialize. "Business" or programs will start at 7:00pm. Each meeting this year will be held in Classroom A.

Monthly Meeting! Agenda: Speaker Tracy Demers: "Parenting Forward". Tracy will discuss a parenting strategy that focuses on proactive rather than reactive parenting. She will talk about the challenges parents face in being proactive and she will discuss the mindset needed to effectively parent forward. |

Monthly Meeting! Agenda: We will be having our panel of twins and triplets. We have one set of triplets (teenage) coming, one set of twins and then several twins who will be coming without their twin. We also have some fun info to share from other twins and triplets who were kind enough to fill out some questionaires for us.

Monthly Meeting! Agenda: Pamper Yourself Night Join us for a well-deserved evening of pampering. Enjoy free chair massages, restorative yoga sessions, five-minute makeovers, and yummy desserts. Make an environmentally-friendly lavender-eucalyptus household cleaner. Register for a chance to win a free ticket to our June banquet. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for yoga (mats will be provided). Please consider bringing an empty 12-16 ounce spray bottle to take the household cleaner home in (there will be extras on hand for those who don't have them). |

Monthly Meeting! Agenda: Annual SAMOM Dinner/Banquet, In lieu of our June monthly meeting, we will be having our annual banquet. All are very welcome to attend, last year we had a fun time just chatting and having a nice dinner. This year we have decided to host the event at La Famiglia restaurant in Greenland. The cost will be $25 per person, you can pay via check, sending it to the PO Box 574, Greenland, NH 03840, or pay via paypal. If you are planning to attend and are mailing a check, please email Cathy Cilley no later than May 30th.
Our meal will be buffet style; mixed green salad, fresh baked bread with herb oil and three main dishes to choose from, Pasta Primavera, Chicken Piccatta, Baked Haddock all with fresh steamed vegetables and roasted red potatoes and to finished the meal off fresh made canoli for dessert. We will then transition in the new board members. Please come and join us for a dinner commemorating our fun filled year.

The SAMOM Board meets on the THIRD Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm, at
Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Newington, NH. (We take July off.) All members are welcome.
